1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two main ways: information you provide voluntarily and information collected automatically when you visit our website or use our tools.

  • Information You Provide: Contact form entries, support requests, subscription details, or any information you choose to submit (for example: name, email address, phone number).

  • Information Collected Automatically: When you visit KiritTech.com or use our tools such as the Free Invoice Generator, we automatically collect technical information including:

    • IP address
    • Browser type and version
    • Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile)
    • Operating system
    • User-Agent string
    • Visited pages and timestamps
    • Referring URL

Note: For the Free Invoice Generator we only log basic technical data (IP and User-Agent) and do not collect invoice contents or personal data unless you voluntarily provide it.

  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and to analyze usage. We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization enabled) for aggregated, anonymized traffic analysis. For EU/EEA users we present a cookie consent banner allowing users to accept or reject analytics cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To analyze site usage, monitor performance, and prevent and detect security issues or abuse.

  • To respond to support requests or inquiries you submit to us.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

  • We may share necessary data with trusted service providers who help operate our website (for example: hosting providers, email services, analytics providers). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

  • We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

4. Data Security

  • We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

  • While we use reasonable security practices, no transmission over the internet is completely secure—so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (cannot be disabled).

  • Analytics cookies: Used to understand website usage and improve our services (e.g., Google Analytics). For EU/EEA visitors we obtain consent before loading analytics cookies.

How to Make a Request (DSAR)

Verification information we may request:

  • Email address associated with your account (if applicable)
  • Any previous invoice or order reference (if applicable)
  • Other details to confirm identity (we will only request minimal information)

Response time: We aim to respond to verified requests within 7 working days and no later than 30 days as required by law. If we need more time, we will inform you and explain the reason for the delay.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to operate our services, maintain security, and ensure the proper functioning of our platform.

Technical Logs (IP Address, User-Agent): For the Free Invoice Generator and website security purposes, we collect only minimal technical logs such as IP address and User-Agent. These logs help us monitor abuse, prevent spam, detect unauthorized activity, and protect the platform. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are then automatically and securely deleted by our system.

We do not collect any type of financial data, transaction information, invoice content, or accounting-related data from the Free Invoice Generator. All invoice content created through the tool remains entirely on your browser or device and is not stored on our servers.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics providers (Google Analytics), email services, and payment processors. These providers process data on our behalf and are required to protect your information in accordance with their privacy policies and relevant laws.
